Q1: Do you accept custom designs? How does the process work?

A1: Absolutely! That’s our specialty. The process is simple:
Contact Us: Send us your logo, artwork, or idea (AI, PSD, PNG, JPG formats are all acceptable).
Free Quote & Proof: We will provide a price quote and send you a FREE Production Confirmation Drawing within 4-8 working hours for your approval. We offer unlimited revisions on the Production Confirmation Drawing until you are 100% satisfied.
Confirm & Pay: After approving the mockup, we will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI). A 50% deposit is required to start production.
Production & Delivery: We produce your order and send you photos/videos of the finished products before shipping. Then you pay the balance, and we ship immediately!
 
Q2: Can I get a sample of my own design?
A2: Certainly! We can produce a personalized sample for you. This cost is refundable after a bulk order.
 
Q3: What’s your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A3: Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design for custom orders. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining flexibility for our clients. Smaller quantities may be accepted but at a higher unit price.
 
Q4: How is the price calculated?
A4: The price is mainly based on four factors:
Material Cost: The size and thickness of the acrylic used.
Design Complexity: Simple one-color cutting is cheaper than multi-color UV printing.
Order Quantity: Higher quantity = lower unit price.
Packaging: Standard packaging is free. Custom packaging (e.g., gift boxes) is available at an extra cost. Contact us with your details for an instant quote!
 
Q5: What is your production lead time?

A5: Our general lead time is:

Sample Lead Time: 3-5 days.
Mass Production Lead Time: 10-15 days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt.
RUSH Order Service: We can offer a 7-day production for urgent projects (additional fee applies).
Q6: What are your payment terms?
A6: We accept:
T/T (Bank Transfer)
L/C (for large orders) Our standard terms are 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before
shipment.

Design Guidelines
1. Double-Sided Design
• Same design on both sides will be mirrored by default.
•For double-sided designs, upload front and back separately and choose different design when placing the order.
2. Size Information
• Standees size should include standees border and depends on the longest edge(the vertical or horizontal length of the charm's artwork), not only the printing design size.
3. Text in Design
• If your design includes text, please select the option “Double sided different designs” to ensure the text appears correctly and not mirrored on the back side.
4. Default Border Width
• Default Border Width: 2mm
Simply provide your original design draft, and our designers will draw the outlines and hole positions for you.

✨ Special Finishes
5. Borderless Standees
• Please leave a 0.5 mm bleed area with background color for cutting.
• No need to draw the cutline — just upload your design with background, and our designers will create the cutline for you.
6. Gradient /Semi-Transparent & Layer Setup
• If your design includes semi-transparent or gradient effects, place them on a separate named layer, or name your file with “semi-transparent” and leave a note with your order.
• For light colors, avoid using overly pale shades — we recommend a slightly darker background to prevent unwanted transparency.
